Our Story
Named for our dad.
Built with our hands.
Our dad Jimmy was a Chicago guy through and through — a dipped Italian beef was his desert-island sandwich. We named the truck after him and serve the food he raised us on: slow-roasted beef, Vienna dogs, sport peppers, and our spicy house giardiniera.
